BMC Software commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate the state of workflow automation at large companies. To explore this topic, Forrester conducted a survey with 355 global IT leaders from operations, engineering, and DevOps roles involved in application workflow execution at their organizations. Forrester found that IT leaders understand the power workflow automation can yield, but only a minority have been able to successfully scale workflows across the enterprise.
